The SIL Group is gearing up for yet another development project, on a 1.019.989 site.

The Herdade Monteverde in Fernão Ferro will act as an example for future south bank projects. Its 57.375m2 built area will include 86 detached houses, 71 terraced houses and 198 apartments. The development will also have a 4.210m2 hotel and 1.300m2 of retail space.

All residents will have access to a swimming pool, a golf course and tennis courts.
